Introducing The Pink Lightbulb - The World's Newest Magazine!

Have you ever had a dream that you kept putting off and putting off? Me too! I'm about to tell you about it, so settle in with a nice mug of something warm and hear me out. It won't take long - after all, how much time do we really get to spend together each day?

I have a dream! I have had this dream since before high school, when the distraction of boys overwhelmed my senses and veered me slightly off course. I jest of course (sort of) but what I'm suggesting has far reaching tendrils.

There is a new magazine on the horizon and what I'm about to proposition will surely create an anticipated buzz. Another dream comes true for me with this idea and I am beyond excited to step out of my comfort zone yet again!

The magazine I envision will contain page after wonderful page of women's journeys. Trials, life lessons, confessions, struggles and strengths. The good, the bad and the true works of women all over the world.

Lives lived are worth re-living through the power of words.

We can only learn from each other if we share information - and if my journey has taught me anything so far, it is that I learn best from others who share what they know or have experienced openly, honestly and with a lesson to be learned.

I give you - The Pink Lightbulb! It is the new international magazine I've been dreaming about!

I have been in conversations with women all over the world in the past few months, setting up intriguing interviews and inspiring stories of life, love and everything it all comes with. Once we get the magazine into production, something that should start happening mid-April, I anticipate a first issue launch of June, 2013.

The Pink Lightbulb - raw stories of journeys past and present - it's a name that inspires thoughts of women and ideas - we'll definitely be covering the creativity of women on an international level. I want to see the artwork, writings, poetry, song lyrics and creative musings of women across the globe.

To say I am thrilled to finally be getting this venture off the ground is obvious if you know me - and I hope that women everywhere get involved. All it takes is putting pen to paper, and if I can do that - anyone can do that! I really found writing was a great way  to get certain things out, said....and then move on.

We learn from each other - and strong women exist all over the planet! We can create a network of women all learning and sharing together.
