Water Works - Weightless Working Out

I have always loved swimming. I think it is the feeling of weightlessness that I enjoy more than anything. I mean, swimming is great exercise and can be a fun activity if you aren't in shark infested waters, but that feeling of floating - there is simply no other way to accomplish it besides just jumping in. We can't all be Astronaut Chris Hadfield (enjoying weightlessness), but kudos to him for the whole 'Space Odyssey' video.
 
So back to water and floating - love it. There is a great workout to be had in the water. It all counts, but having fun and enjoying the scenery is critical. We explore the mind, body and spirit - so we have to reset, rebalance and feed all of those elements to maintain wellness.
 
Swimming is good for the body, relaxes and resets the mind and it soothes the soul. With summer around the corner and the promise of warmer weather, that means swimming!
