As I mentioned in the last post, exercise is always that 'one thing' I have to make sure I fit in to my day. As women, we tend to 'give up' certain areas of our lives for the responsibilities, other chores or daily life stuff like children, spouses and jobs.
I like workouts that keep me interested. I bought one of those exercise balls years ago and it was constantly being moved from room to room (inflated) while I tried to figure out what I could actually do with it.
I would use it as a chair when I talked on the phone but besides that, I didn't really use it. One day I got inspired and did an ab workout using the ball and I fell in love. I also fell off the ball more than three times in an hour, but you live and learn. I was pushing myself further than I had ever gone before!
