The Peach Chia Strawberry Smoothie

It really is a thing of beauty, isn't it?

This peach strawberry chia mega smoothie is loaded with flavors and goodness!

When I woke up this morning, our daughter (age 7) suggested this delicious blend of energy enhancement. We really enjoyed this one!

One thing about smoothies in the morning - they are fast. I have many people ask me for new and exciting ways to vamp up the morning routine and stay healthy. The smoothie is your answer! 

The smoothie is the quickest way to ingest the valuable nutrients that are literally packed into these drinks. Enjoy!



Ingredients:

1 c. Peaches (fresh or frozen works fine)
1/4 c. Chia seeds
1 handful Strawberries (halved)
2 -3 cups Almond Milk
Romaine Lettuce (1-2 leaves)
1 -2 tsp Coconut Oil (optional)
Splash of Vanilla (optional)

Soak chia seeds in almond milk in blender or Magic Bullet.
Wait about 15 minutes.
Toss in remaining ingredients.
Blend.
Done.
Drink.
