Tommy Edison & His View of the World.

I was touring YouTube the other day and discovered an amazing man named Tommy Edison. I know, I thought the same thing. Tommy is blind and has been so since birth.

I ran across his channel on YouTube and have to say I was completely impressed with his sense of humor and professionalism. He intrigued and inspired me!

I left informed, laughing and thinking. Just the YouTube videos I like to watch and share. Check it out - I've added a few of his videos.

Be sure to add and support him on these social media sites if you liked his stuff too:

VIDEO: Tommy Edison, who has been blind since birth, answers the question: "How did your folks tell you that you were blind?"

I know - now you're thinking to yourself - I need to see another Tommy video!

I found this one - hilarious! He describes what he finds attractive. Remember, life is all about perception - how we see the world, interpret and create within it.

Thanks for sharing your perspective, Tommy!

When I watched the next Tommy Edison video, I was really impressed. he is brutally honest and gets his point across not by being a total jerk, but with humor. You see how humble he is - but how excited he is about life too!

This video is titled, "If I Could See, Would I Want To?"

When I heard Tommy say, "Just touch spaghetti - you'd never eat it if you only touched it....' I was off and running.

Embrace your life - like Tommy does. Ask questions, learn - live a little. I have said and always will say that laughter is such an incredible healer. We all have the power to laugh - let it out!

Rock your day.....and let me know what you thought of Tommy Edison.

It's the Olfactory Senses Game!

Would you like to play a game? Who wouldn’t, right? Excellent – then let’s begin.....

According to the ‘Supercharge Your Memory’ book by Corrine L. Gediman & Francis M. Crinella, Ph.D, our noses, coupled with certain smells, can trigger long lost memories.

Equipped with a thousand sensory receptors in the nose, and we can identify approximately ten thousand different smells. All scents are initially neutral, but range from pleasant, unpleasant and neutral.

The game is as follows:

Categorize each smell listed below as pleasant, unpleasant or neutral.

Recall a personal memory associated with each smell.

Experience the world through the olfactory senses – expect surprise!

Here is the list of smells:

Fresh Cut Grass

Dog Fur

Skunk

Fireplace Smoke

Wine

Roses
